UPLAND

We built these traditional, painted living room built-ins last year for some wonderful clients. We coordinated the design with their interior designer (who is located in Florida) via phone and email.

The crown and baseboard were custom milled to match the existing historic moldings.

This was also the first time we used a new low VOC water borne finish, and we were very happy with the results. We can custom match to any color, and it is much more durable than the lacquer we used to use (also way better than any typical latex paint).
